Thank you for choosing K-City Cosmetics Trading L.L.C. (“K-City,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.


1. General Terms


All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. K-City is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as customs processes, courier issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon by K-City.

Orders will only be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address.


2. Processing and Shipping Times


Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Dubai Orders:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed for next-day delivery.

Other Emirates: Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier availability. Standard delivery is typically between 1-2 business days.


3. Shipping Fees


Dubai Local Delivery:

Orders of AED 270.00 and above: Free Delivery

Orders below AED 270.00: AED 20.00 delivery fee.

Other Emirates (based on weight):

0-0.5 kg: AED 45.00

0.5-1 kg: AED 50.00

1-2 kg: AED 55.00

2-3 kg: AED 60.00

3 kg and above: AED 80.00


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Shipping, if applicable)


Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond K-City’s control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


5. Undeliverable Packages


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reattempt delivery.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments


K-City is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier for lost or damaged shipments.

Customers must report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receiving their order. Supporting documentation, such as photos of the damage, may be required.


7. Changes and Cancellations


Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once they have been shipped.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately after placing it. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes.


8. Non-Liability for Delays


K-City will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers agree that late delivery does not entitle them to cancel their order, request a refund, or claim compensation.


9. Non-Returnable Items


All cosmetic products sold by K-City are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
